The app doesn’t support HUAWEI freeBuds 3i

The app overall is user friendly and easy to navigate, I use it for my mobile wifi. but I was very disappointed when I found out if doesn’t support my headphones. I believe the app should support all their products. So hoping for an update soon where they add the freeBuds 3i.

What a waste

I really wanted to support HUAWEI. But this company just doesn’t care about its customers. I bought several Mate cellphones which used to be good, and more recently the Freebuds 3 over EarPods pro. I spend thousands on ear pieces and I could tell the freebuds have lots of issues. HUAWEI supported with firmware updates to fix bugs for a very limited time. And now it dropped the support completely. The noise canceling remains a joke and started making buzz noise, like electric whining. When it comes out it was the same price range with EarPod pro. Now EarPods pro is still one of the best while these freedbuds worth nothing. I’m going to stay away from HUAWEI as far as possible. Just for your reference

App keeps crashing?!!

Every time I log in the app logs out by itself. I use the app for two minutes and the app crashes again! I want to do a layout for my home on the app for the mesh 7 network signal coverage, the app doesn’t allow me to save the layout and logs out while I’m doing the layout.

I mean the device is working fine up until now but at least we should get an application that actually works so we can manage the devices we got.

This is a review for the application not the device.
